Degrade can't target friendly arguments

I can't remember if before I upgraded the card (Boosted Degrade) it also failed to target friendly arguments. But whenever I used Boosted Degrade and targeted friendly arguments the dmg was directed to the opponent, can't remember if it always targeted enemy core argument or not.

Steps to Reproduce

Use Boosted Degrade on a friendly argument.

Go to bugs

This was a recent oversight which should now be patched.  Sorry bout that!
