After purchasing from eShop game doesn't download

I bought the game this evening and my Switch Lite doesn't seem to register what it is, just a blank square on my homepage with a constant buffering circle in the middle. I have cancelled the download and restarted my Switch. After resetting the blank circle still remains, I go back to the shop to press redownload after doing all of the normal steps to reset and nothing seems to work. I've also tried putting the error code (2123-1502) into the bug search on the Nintendo website and got nothing back. I just want to play the game it looks cool!

Hey there, sorry to hear about this. We haven't had anyone else report encountering this issue. However, after doing some digging, it looks like there was a Switch system update recently that may have caused an issue with your ability to connect and download from the eShop servers. Nintendo has since released a new system update 12.03 that should resolve the issue. If you have not done so yet, please install the latest system update for your console.
