Recipes that do not require a research station cannot be crafted in other worlds

Crafting recipes are unlocked across all 3 worlds when they are prototyped. However, craftables that are world-specific but do not require some kind of research station can never actually be prototyped (unless you luck out with blueprint RNG), which means you must be at their "home" world to craft them. This issue also extends to Science Machine recipes that Wickerbottom knows by default, since she never gets to prototype them.

For example, Sea Yards do not require a Science Machine, so if I want to place a Sea Yard in a Hamlet world, I need to go to SW and pre-craft it there, then bring it over to Hamlet and place. If I want to place multiple Sea Yards, I have to repeat this process.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Make "tier 0" craftable item in its home world (e.g. a Sea Yard in Hamlet) 2. The item is not actually unlocked for crafting in other worlds (in this case, Hamlet)
