"Plant" UI shows up for seeds on non-Wormwood Characters

I can see the ui marker for a planted seed even though I am not Wormwood. I am not able to plant the seeds.

I do not know if this has anything to do with the Geometric Placement mod.

Steps to Reproduce
New HAM world. Not Wormwood. Obtain seeds Attempt to plant.
