Out of bounds shop exit

Could you go into the main menu, go to options and then submit bug - it will upload your savegame. 

Preferably save the game standing next to this building, and mention what save slot it is in the description. how this can have happened.

This issue was supposed to be fixed so I'd like to see what could be causing it.
