Some tentacles get stuck sometimes in attack animation loop and cannot deal damage to you or any other mob (not sure how to reproduce, just have to spend some time in swamp and aggro some may be and see).

Unknown, may be someone else has experienced this and knows? Thought they get stuck when reloading while tentacle is attacking, but doesn't look like it
