Draining max health

After I loaded my save file I noticed that my max health was 130, I didn't know why because to my knowledge just the meat effigy drains your health cap but I never built one. I don't know what causes this because I wasn't paying attention to when it happened. I also tried to set it back to normal with console commands but it didn't work.

Oh, I thought that it does that only if it resurrects you, but I never died on this save. So does this mean that whenever I use it will drain my max health?
