Backpack Vanished In Cave Cleft

I left my backpack in a cave to go fight some bats and when I returned it was gone. It shows on the map that the pack is there but the entity isn't there. I tried walking in and out of the cave a few times and It still didn't show up. My memory isn't great on this but the cave also has a few stalagmites in it that I don't remember being there. It's almost like the wrong cave was loaded when I entered, it's the one that connects to the BFB island via the cave system so I've been there a few times.

Steps to Reproduce
Place backpack in a cave cleft and exit. When returning backpack was gone but still displayed on map
Go to bugs

Hi,

If you quit to main menu and then load back in, does it still show on the map?

If so, I was unable to repro this and would love to see your savegame if you still have it.

If you go to Main Menu>Options>Report bug it will upload your savegame for us to look at. Mention what save slot, and if possible save close to where the cave is, it'll make it a lot easier to find.
