You can select Warbucks and Wilba in DS: Hamlet even if you haven't unlocked them yet:
How to reproduce:
- Create a new Game
- Choose RofG and select SW DLC Compatibility
- Go to the Character selection
- Choose Warbucks or Wilba
- Choose Gamemode Hamlet now and start the game
By the way: If you select HAM DLC Compatibility, the Characters will appear in following order:
Wilson, Willow, Wolfgang, Wendy, WX-78, Wickerbottom, Woodie, Wes, Maxwell,
Wigfrid, Webber, Warbucks, Wilba, Walani, Warly, Wilbur, Woodlegs, Wigfrid, Webber, Walani, Warly, Wilbur, Woodlegs, Warbucks, Wilba
