When a tooltip is shown (by hovering over an item with the cursor) and the 'Paused'-Screen is entered (via Esc), the Tooltip can still be moved with the cursor. It does stay behind the Menu-Overlay, though.
Nothing major or anyhow game-influencing, but it still kinda feels... unintentional.
Steps to Reproduce
Make a tooltip appear by hovering over a structure or an item, enter 'Paused'-Menu via Esc
