Using the poop item to weigh down trigger pads has the flies audio play for other rooms, despite the item no longer being there for rendering.


Steps to Reproduce
Use the 'poop' item in a room to weigh down a triggerpad, then go to another room- the flies sound effect plays in any other room where the position of the item was at in the other room.
