When you pluck a plume from a peagawk, it grows back as soon as he enters "hiding mode". I'm not sure it's a bug.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Pluck a feather from a Peagawk 2. Let it run away and go back into hiding (turn into a "bush") 3. You can now pluck another feather from it.

i ran into this too, it might just be intentional, just with somewhat placeholder graphics, as i stopped being able to pluck from them after i plucked 3 feathers.
