Chairs can be placed onto items, and make them inaccessable

Bought a stuffed chair and placed it onto an item. Couldn't pick up the item anymore, trying to do so makes the character running against the chair indefinitely. Hammering the chair makes the item accessible again.

The item also kinda jump up and down, between their original position and a position in front of the chair. They lay down eventually, but start jumping again as soon as I tried to pick them up.

In some other occasions, the item instead kinda floated above the chair (and was not jumpy), but still could not be picked up.

For clarification: The pickaxe, the torch and the oincs are trapped.
