It is caused by marsh_bush changes not findable in DLC0003.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Starts a vanilla/RoG save with Hamlet enabled. Choose Wormwood.
2. Find a Marsh Bush in the marsh or RoG desert.
3. Craft a Bramble Armor for Wormwood.
4. Wormwood is taken damage from it.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
