world barriers in Rog & Ham load too slowly

As seen it the video the clouds dont load in quick enough and just look off

same happens with ROG's water, but its slightly less noticable

this is really noticeable in hamlet even with just one movement giving item

Steps to Reproduce

1. load a hamlet or reign of giants world

2. find maps edge

3. put on speed items to notice better

4. follow the edge and see the game load in the clouds/water
