In base Don't Starve and RoG, when you fish the flotsams near Wolly the parrot, they will reappear after a few days near the player. However, they won't respawn anymore when you set your world compatible with SW or Hamlet.
Steps to Reproduce
Fish the flotsams or wait for them to sink, then wait and see if new flotsams spawns.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
