Wilba's Silver Necklace + Wheeler's Pew-matic and Navigadget do not reappear after Teleportato-ing in Adventure Mode and cannot be recrafted

Abigail's Flower and Lucy the Axe reappear in your inventory if you don't spend a Teleportato slot on them, but the Silver Necklace, Pew-matic, and Navigadget are also uncraftable and yet are lost forever in the next world if you don't put them in the Teleportato by hand.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter Adventure Mode as Wilba or Wheeler.

2. Beat the first chapter.

3. Do not put your character items in the Teleportato.

4. Enter chapter 2 of Adventure Mode.
