Weapon Shop Art Inconsistent with other shops

The art for the Weapon Shop in Hamlet has always looked a bit off, and this is because it lacks a few things that make it look unfinished compared to the other shops, those aspects being mostly shading and texturing.

This could just be a subjective thing! but it's always looked odd to me.
