Waterfall's sounds don't change based on Volume Settings (HAM)

The waterfalls in Hamlet have sounds that will not change intensity based on volume in the settings.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Stand near the waterfalls,

2. Go to settings and lower everything to 0,

3. Sounds of the waterfall still play.
