Wagstaff will gain/lose HP from raw food at the same time

One of Wagstaff's downsides is that he loses 3HP when eating raw foods. This penalty doesn't work as intended when the food restores HP. For example, raw aloe or jerky will actually restore HP because it's healing value is greater than Wagstaff's penalty.
