Simply put, I cut down a tuber tree on day 6, did not regrow even 150 days later.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Locate and cut down a tuber tree

2. wait

When you cut DOWN a tuber tree it will not regrow tubers

So you can hack for up to 3 tubers (big tuber tree) / 2 tubers (medium tuber tree) if you want to get more tubers from tuber trees. Dont make it a stump. Any tree stumps do not regrow into normal trees.
