Spiky bush cannot be sheared.

Viney bush can be sheared but spiky bush cannot. This makes it rather inconsistent, as they are very similar.

Steps to Reproduce

Try to use a shears on the spiky bush.

We will only see the pick option.

Shears is meant to used to perform the "WHACK" action like machetes. Harvesting spiky bushes requires the "PICK" action, not "WHACK" action.

This is not a bug.
