Spiders will not aggro onto players who are wearing the Swashy hat

When a player wears a Swashy hat all spiders (besides spider monkeys) will remain neutral to the player unless attacked.

Steps to Reproduce

Wear a Swashy Hat and stand next to spiders, see they will not aggro on non-Webber characters.
