Shadow creatures get cloned when you go into a cave or the volcano

I think this happens with every other follower but it's more noticeable with shadow creatures, i had like 10 of them because i went to the caves and then used the skyworthy with low sanity

Steps to Reproduce

Be low sanity with shadow creatures following you

enter the cave/volcano

use the skyworthy/seaworthy

shadow creatures/followers will be duplicated

and the only way to fix this is to close the game and open it again
