Poison fx for mobs is removed in interior

It just need a tag of "INTERIOR_LIMBO_IMMUNE"

relevant codes: prefab files 'poisonbubble'


Steps to Reproduce

1. c_give("spear_poison")

2.attack ro_bin, make it poison

3.go to any room of playerhouse_city

4. the poison fx is out, but we don't know if it is poisoned
