For some reason pigeons will go to 0,0 after fying off.
after a while there is a pile of them
yup
this effects their spawning in the city
im not 100% sure but i think it somehow stops them form spawning after a while
Steps to Reproduce
1. create a hamlet world
2. go to a city
3. scare some pigeons
4. go to 0,0 in the map
