Pig traders hang for several seconds after paying the player for collecting manure

If another manure is collected before the pig trader becomes responsive again, and remains the closest pig trader to the player, the player will not be paid. I assume this is an existing bug, but may perhaps have gone unnoticed, given its lack of severity.

Steps to Reproduce

Collect manure from the streets of Hamlet with a pig trader nearby.

Note how the pig trader becomes completely motionless for a few seconds after yielding 1 oinc.

I considered that possibility, but seeing that their animation completely freezes, I figured there was a good enough possibility that this wasn't what was going on.
