Queen Malfalfa will repeatedly accept new scepters and royal crowns even if she is already wearing both a scepter and crown already.
Steps to Reproduce
Give Queen Malfalfa 2x Scepters and 2x Crowns notice she accepts all of these although she can only wear one at a time.
