If you get killed by building a resurrector in an interior you will be revived by in a black void.
Reload does not fix, you can escape by using a c_gonext command.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Lower your maximum health by building resurrectors of any kind
2. Place the final resurrector that will cut the rest of your health in an interior
3. Welcome to The Shadow Realm. They have missed you.
