Big Foot can be spawned in Hamlet's water without any water effect. I think we should either let it not be spawned on the water, or produce some spray effects and waves.

This bug cannot happen in SW ocean as it will fail to spawn Big Foot.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Starts a Hamlet world. c_give('bell')
2. Build a boat, go on it. And use bell.
3. The big foot appears in a strange way.
