Since other characters other than Woodlegs can now wear the Lucky Hat they can use it to create new treasure, however when they announce treasure they do not have a unique string and use "UNKNOWN STRING (CHARACTER) ANNOUNCE_TREASURE_DISCOVER"

Use the Lucky Hat to create treasure, notice no character other than Woodlegs has a proper treasure discovery string
