No season effects in SW

Old SW worlds, connected with other dlcs, don't have heavy rains, hurricanes and sometimes volcano eruptions. The worlds only have winds in mild season.

 Also, flooding has a chance to spawn when it isn’t monsoon season. Usually during mild or dry seasons.

Steps to Reproduce

This bug can be connected with using teleportato in one of the worlds.

I think its the by prodact of using the skyworthy in sw. it makes the seasons go haywire. I remember using just the seaworthy for Sw and skyworthy for hamlet and the seasons were fine
