If I don't have an item equipped to my hand slot I can't interact with Wilba at all, and if I do, the only option is Attack, even when holding down the Force Inspect key. (Force Attack changes the prompt from "Attack" to "Attack Wilba", but does the same thing.) Her mom has an inspection quote, shouldn't Wilba have one too?
Steps to Reproduce
1. Start a Hamlet game without Wilba unlocked on your profile.
2. Equip any tool or weapon, such as the machete from the starting setpiece.
3. Navigate to the palace and look at Wilba.
