The Thulecite Medalion seems to no longer have the "Warning" sprite that can be found on the wiki (maybe the wiki is outdated?)

Also, I could swear that when Dawn phase turn to Calm phase, there should be a special sound effect, the "bweeeeEEEEEEE"-like sound that plays between every other phase. But there's not, save for the Nightmare Creatures growling.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to the RoG ruins and observe the nightmare cycle, its sounds and the thulecite medalion
