Hamlet lamp posts will never turn on if you play using the "Lights Out" preset. This seems like unintended behavior, because they're supposed to turn on during dusk and night.
Steps to Reproduce
Use the skyworthy to travel to Hamlet in "Lights Out", and enter the pig city to see the lamp posts unlit.
