Hamlet Large worlds don't generate properly (Take 15-20 minutes or get stuck)

I thought i had this resolved but no it was just a fluke 9 out of 10 times Hamlet world fails to generate if chosen as "Large"

Gets stuck generating .. forever.

EDIT: Further testing they do generate but take insane amount of time compared to other dlcs.

10-20 seconds for RoG and SW Huge Worlds.

15-20 minutes for HAM Large worlds with a chance to hang.

PS: No mods
