Fishes Introduced in Home Sea Home can't be Dried

This is an old issue since the release of Home Sea Home update. 3 types of new fishes, which are obtained from fish farm and are used to make tropical bouillabaisse, CANNOT be dried on drying racks. I've already checked the neon quattro in a recent playthrough, and will check the other 2 once I have access to them.
