It seems the beta update that fixed withering on certain plants made it so transplanted plants such as grass tufts, berry bushes, etc will now require 2 pieces of rotten food, instead of 1 piece like before the beta.
Steps to Reproduce
Place down a berry bush and note that it takes 2 rot instead of 1 to fertilize it
