Equipping a torch or cork candle hat will make a light quickly appear and disappear at (0,0)

If you equip either a cork candle hat or a torch and stand near the (0,0) position at night, there will be a quick flash of light appearing then disappearing at that point.

Equip a cork candle hat or torch at (0,0) at night
