Eating spoiled food doesn't have a negavity sanity penalty

Eating spoiled crock pot dishes won't make the player lose 10 sanity like it does in DST. I don't know if this is intended or not...

Steps to Reproduce

1. Find spoiled crock pot dishes

2. Eat it

3. See that you don't lose sanity
