Dragoons now drop 2 monster meat, despite the only listed change being an increase in the dragoon heart drop rate

In the changes for the QOL beta it mentions that "Dragoons now drop Dragoon Hearts more frequently" which they do, however it also seems they drop twice as much monster meat now (2 compared to 1) with no listed change. I am curious if this is intentional?

Steps to Reproduce

Kill a dragoon, notice it drops 2 monster meat instead of 1 despite the only listed change was the increase in heart drop rate
