I'm in the beta branch.
In the dart trap room (in my case it was the one with The Jeweled Truffle), the pedestal spawned in front of the door and it made the room unexitable, I couldn't exit it either with mouse or keyboard. I recorded it and posted it to Youtube:
Steps to Reproduce
1. Enter The Jeweled Truffle room in the Ancient Pig Ruins
2. If it has the relic pedestal in the entrance, you won't be able to exit the room.
