In the recent QOL update the Sea yard and Tar Extractor both now require alchemy tier of science to craft. A similar ocean structure the buoyant chiminea doesn't require any science to craft despite all other ocean structures now requiring some tier of science to craft.

Create a SW world, notice you can immediately craft the buoyant chiminea
