Since rabbit earmuffs do not require a science machine anymore, the blueprint is just 15 sanity ticket. Consider changing it to something else, my suggestions:
- winter hat/cat cap blueprint
- fire/ice staff
- sewing kit / sewing kit blueprint
- razor

Start adventure mode
reach the "King of Winter" chapter
Notice blueprint for already known item
