Abigail Flower's float anim will be freezed when on level 1 or 2. They are not loop.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Play as Wendy. Go near ocean or lily pond.
2. Put a level 1 or level 2 into water.
3. They only play their water anim one time.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
