Wortox's Naughty/Nice idle animation lack the SWAP_FACE animation, and the nice idle lacks the arm_lower_cuff layer

Fixed

When Wortox does his naughty/nice idle, it's missing a few layers when it comes to the animation. In particular, the naughty animation lacks the SWAP_FACE, and the Nice lacks both SWAP_FACE and the arm_lower_cuff layer (naughty does have this, for reference).
