Wolfgang's mustache on his default skin has inconsistent art

When talking with Wolfgang's default look, his mustache isn't properly filled in between frames, thus making the mustache flicker on and off effect.

Steps to Reproduce

Play as Wolfgang with no skins, and examine things. Look at his mustache.
