"Torch Toss" and "Beard Hair Storage" both require three skills in their respective branch to unlock, however, with client modifications you can unlock them with only two.
Steps to Reproduce
Unlock two skills of either the torch or beard branch, then use a command to manually unlock the last remaining skill even though you shouldn't be able to.
