Willow's pigtails seem to layer UNDER armor and clothing when she starts using her Hungry Lighter in the up view.
The pigtails ought to layer over them instead, since they stick out furthest back.

Steps to Reproduce
Equip and play the hungry lighter animation with Willow's lighter. Equip a body slot item, note that the pigtails layer under it, when they usually layer over them otherwise.
