Why wont some the servers show?

I tried everything reinstalling the game, verified files, I have no mods downloaded. When trying to find my friends server it wont show and or my server wont show for them if I try create one. Does anybody have any idea what's going on?

Steps to Reproduce

There's no .mdmp file within the Steam files/in bin + no client log 

Go to bugs

Have you used the search function or did it use to appear on the main screen and now doesn't?

It's so confusing not sure what the issue is, I have tired a lot to fix it nothing worked.
